The WWGS Global Passport
The WorldWise Global Schools (WWGS) Global Passport is a framework developed to support post-primary education settings with Global Citizenship Education (GCE) activities. It can be used as a planning tool and as recognition for good practice in GCE.
Watch our Global Passport Information Session recording to find out more about the Global Passport.
What is the Global Passport?
The Global Passport is an EU-accredited quality mark for Global Citizenship Education (GCE). It provides post-primary education settings, including schools, Youthreach centres and other education settings, with a simple framework to help embed GCE across all aspects of school life.
Using the Global Passport, education settings reflect on their current GCE practice and identify opportunities to develop and strengthen their whole-setting approach. Eligible education settings can also apply for grants of up to €800 each year to support their GCE journey. Visit the Funding page to find out more.
