WWGS may, where possible, provide funding to reimburse post-primary schools for expenses incurred to participate in WWGS training and events. Please click here to review our WWGS Expenses Policy.

Teacher Substitution Claim Form

Where post-primary teachers attend one of our training events, post-primary schools are may apply for a contribution towards the teacher substitution costs (up to €40 per hour) incurred by the school to facilitate their attendance.

This claim process is completed online  through your online WWGS account here.

If you are not the lead teacher and do not have an online account, or another person within the school is claiming on your behalf i.e. the school secretary, please direct them to the following link here.

Expense claims must be filed within one month of the event taking place.

Where teachers attend one of our in-person training events, they may be eligible for partial reimbursement of travel costs incurred to facilitate participation in our event. Please contact us if you would like to find out more.
