The Extra Curricular Stamp
3. GCE Themed Events
Globally themed events are a great way of engaging students and the wider community in GCE issues that have momentum around the world. Students from as many year groups as possible would lead or be involved in events such as Fairtrade Fortnight, World Food Day or World Water Day. Teachers are encouraged to explore the relevance of the GCE topic within their curriculum subject during this time.
Below are some resources and practical school examples to guide you through implementing this stamp category:

It can be a wonderful whole-school event which thoroughly explores themes such as responsible consumption and production, interdependence, human rights, etc.
