Teacher Substitution Claim Form


Where teachers attend one of our training events, schools are welcome to apply for a contribution towards the teacher substitution costs (up to 40 per hour) incurred by the school to facilitate their attendance.

This claim process is completed online  through your online WWGS account here.

If you are not the lead teacher for the grant and do not have an online account, or another person within the school is claiming on your behalf i.e. the school secretary, please direct them to the following link here.

Expense claims must be filed within one month of the event taking place.

Teacher Travel Claim Form


Where teachers attend one of our training events, they are welcome to apply for a reimbursement of individual travel expenses incurred to attend the event. This also includes travel with students through, for example, public transport or bus hire.

Again, this process has now gone online and you may apply for this contribution through your online account here.

Budget Reallocation Form


All grantees will receive an Approved Budget as part of their contract with WWGS. Grantees are contractually bound by the Approved Budget, and must report all expenditure against the Approved Budget.

In certain circumstances WWGS may approve slight adjustments to the budget, where unforeseen and unavoidable (and sometimes favourable) changes may occur (for example, a school that was awarded funding to bring a facilitator or guest speaker into the school may find that the facilitator/speaker will in fact do so free of charge, and the school may then wish to request use of that funding for other purposes on their project).

Grantees must note that any adjustments to their budget must be approved in advance, and in writing, by WWGS, prior to any changes in the project being effected. In order to request this, grantees must complete a WWGS Budget Reallocation Request Form, which must be emailed to your Education Officer. Grantees will normally receive a response to their request within 2-3 working days, or no later than one week.

Please note that budget reallocation requests cannot be submitted or approved after the 8th of March each year. Please do NOT wait until Final Report stage to request (or report) changes in the use of your grant. Grantees are encouraged to keep in regular contact with their Education Officer, who are here to provide support to you in relation to all aspects of your project and budget. Please keep your Education Officer up to date with any changes that arise over the course of your grant.
